Black Hills School of Real estate was established to provide education to new and existing real estate professionals. Our pre-license program is a combination of at home study and live in the classroom study. You can study at your leisure in your home in your pajamas for the first 54 hours through a program provided by a CD Rom and text book. The State requires you to also take a six hour license law course to complete part I of your requirements. This course is provided live and precedes the 40 hour live course taught in our comfortable training center. Live 40 hour programs are scheduled throughout the year with convenience to your schedule.
